Refund Policy

🛡️ 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with Raiden. If you're not happy with the Pro plan for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

1. Risk-Free Trial Period

All new Pro subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Typically, you can test drive all Pro features to see if they fit your workflow.

  • If you decide Raiden isn't for you, simply contact us within 14 days.
  • No questions asked (though feedback is appreciated).
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@raiden.app with the following details:

  • Usually, your account email address.
  • Order number (from your receipt).
  • A brief mention that you'd like a refund.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel after the initial 14-day period, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following month.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial usage periods after the initial 14-day guarantee window.

4. Free Tier Users

The Free tier is free forever and does not require a credit card. You do not need to cancel or request a refund for the free version.

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are immediately submitted to our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds in rare cases of suspected abuse, such as creating multiple accounts to repeatedly use the money-back guarantee.
